Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due five days before the event.
• Booking confirmations are sent via email once payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date based on availability.
• Refunds are available for weather-related cancellations if the event cannot be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made less than five days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Event Requirements

• Our dinosaurs require adequate space for movement and cannot perform in the rain or unsafe conditions.
• The event location must allow safe access for transport and setup.

4. Liability

• Kiwi Dinosaurs is not responsible for any accidental injuries or property damage during the event.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children during performances.

5. Performance Limitations

• Each performance lasts up to one hour with required 15-minute breaks for the performer’s safety.
• Custom experiences can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

6. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
