Pricing depends on the event type and duration. Send us the details, and we will provide a quote as soon as possible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due five days before the event.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date based on availability. Refunds are available for rain-related cancellations.
How long can a performer wear the costume?
For safety reasons, performances longer than one hour require a 15-minute break.
Can you customise the experience for my event?
Yes. Let us know your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Can the dinosaurs be used at any event?
Yes, as long as it is not an outdoor event in the rain. We also require enough space to park our transport trailer.
How do I book an event?

Yes, we have public liability insurance up to $5 million.
